✿ Shipping Locations ✿
Currently ship to: New Zealand | Australia | Asia | Canada | U.S. | South America
Europe: Please note that we can currently only ship prints to Europe, any orders with merch items will be refunded.
Announcements will be made if I'm able to ship to more countries. You are also welcome to use the site contact form for more enquiries on shipping locations.

✿ Handling Time ✿
All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
I will do my best to fulfil and ship out the orders as soon as possible.
Orders may take up to 2-4 days to process and ship.
✿ Delivery times ✿
New Zealand: 1-5 Working Days
Australia: 4-7 Working Days
Rest of the world: 7-21 Working Days
✿ Packaging ✿
The prints will be packaged in clear sleeves and supported by backing boards.
Sticker-only orders will be packed in smaller envelopes with backing protection.
Merch items will be packaged with bubble bags/bubble wrap.
✿ Shipping Fees ✿
I offer domestic NZ & AUS shipping and international shipping with NZ Post.
I offer a range of shipping rates depending on the size of the mail. The standard letter shipping rates are not tracked, however, tracked shipping can be arranged at extra cost.
Parcel shipping rates apply to orders with A3 prints and merch items.
✿ Returns / Exchanges ✿
If the order arrived damaged or the product is faulty, please contact me using the store contact form or email [email protected] with photos of the package and contents.
If the order is confirmed as lost, the order can be resend at no extra cost or a refund can be issued.
Otherwise, there will be no change of mind refunds/exchanges.
